WRANGLD

The Project

Revolutionizing the trades industry.

Working as a UX / UI Developer for WRANGLD, I developed simple interfaces that allowed our customers to more easily manage the day-to-day of their business.

The Planner

One of the first large-scale projects I developed while working at WRANGLD was a planner system. The initial version could display jobs, as well as events and tasks scheduled by users. It was later expanded to include a Gantt view, recurring items, and more item types.

WRANGLD Mobile

Not long after I started working at WRANGLD, we released the first version of WRANGLD Mobile, aimed at technicians on the job site.

Call Flow Editor

Building and editing custom call flows in Twilio for our customers was a frequent time sink for the customer success team. At their request, we built an in-app editor that would allow the team - and later, our customers - to create and edit call flows in a simpler environment.

Route Optimizer

The route optimizer uses AI to cluster jobs geographically, then calculates an optimal route to get to each location efficiently. The interface for this was designed to be as clear and concise as possible, giving users complete control over the process if they desire.

Command Center

The last project I worked on for WRANGLD was an overhaul of the command center, which combines calls, texts, and leads together in one simple interface.
